The Parenting Center at Children’s Hospital
A spot where parents can gather and talk while their children play. A qualified staff is present to answer questions, and classes are available on various topics.

Planet Esme
Esme Raji-Codell, a well-known teacher-librarian and author of “How to Get Your Child to Love Reading”, offers a fun, cheerful site with book reviews, good links, and other reading-related information for parents.

Reading Rockets
This site, associated with a PBS show, has a wide range of helpful literacy resources – from strategies for working with children at home to video interviews with well-known children’s authors.
